1. Return Eligibility

- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Innerwear, sleepwear, socks, or intimate apparel
- Items purchased during sale or clearance
- Customized or made-to-order products

- Include your Order ID, product name, and reason for return
- Our support team will review and respond with return instructions
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
